Pennsic Prep

Not really a heck of a lot going on right now...lots of Pennsic prep and Pennsic Panic going on (and no, they are not the same thing), but it still seems like two steps forward, one step back.

My Pennsic sewing appears to be done (with the exception of the cover fot the PVC "thing" we made for the back of the truck, and that's almost done. We put in about two good hours with of work and then settled down to watch tv. Thursday night is our tv night... at least is has been for the last several weeks. We watch Channel 6 from 8 to 11:00 (or at least I do. We usually watch the Amazing Race from 8 to 9, and then I get to watch by myself... but that's not a bad thing in the slightest.

Our firestorm was found (YEAY!) as was the pump, the charger and the bag for the airmattress, a pair of boots I've been missing since last Pennsic and several other pieces of garb, including my blue and white parti-colour cotehardie. They all got put into the wash and I set about to finish up my sewing. Everything went swimmingly, and when I went to put all of these wonderfully newly washed items into the dryer, they had a beautiful hue to them.... You might call it bright pink, I call it ruined... of course I didn't think to NOT dry the items in the hopes that maybe they're salvageable. I was in the "hmm... clothes are wet, they must be dried" and realized my folly this morning when I pulled them out of the dryer and saw the pink again. So.. I decided to ask the masses out there in Diaryland.... does anyone have any remedies to remove red/pink from what was once a blue and white broadcloth parti-color (dark blue on one side, white on the other)?

Geeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzz........I'm tired today and I don't really know why.

Please don't forget to answer my survey... it's research for a small business idea... all comments appreciated, no reasonable offer refused!!! It won't take five minutes, I PROMISE!

For Matt, come home safe and sound! We miss you!
