Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Just an update
So..what's going on in my world these days.... well, glad you asked....
There's the possibility of a bid for an event in the wings, perhaps.
A VERY good friend sent me a job listing for a state job that I think I'll love! (I have until the 27th of this month to get the application and resume done... I should make it). The job is for a receptionist/Staff Assistant. It's a combination of the two th ings I love without the finance part of things that I really loathe. The minimum salary is a little bit more
than what I'm making now and it's full-time salaried position. I'm going to give it a try. What's the worst that could happen? I don't get the job. Oh well, at last I tried.
I haven't started on the weaving part of my A&S probject yet, and another project is forming in my head.
I had a chance to teach someone how to use their inkle loom this past weekend. That was fun! Thank you Leofwynne!
I'm going to be inheriting a new to me sofa from my sister this coming weekend (she redecorates more often that some people change their underwear). I may get a chance to go walking through the Virginia Bazaar on Saturday afternoon...
In short, money is tight (when is it not); it's raining and damp (even in the house... yuck!)
Plans for my apprentice ceremony will be changing, and I have no idea how, or what's going to happen, so I'll keep you all posted, if you're interested.
