2003-04-28 - 12:39 p.m. Monday Mutterings (in a nice way, of course!) You know it's a good day when the only thing you really have to complain about is the fact that those people who make frozen lunches have to put noxious vegetables in them. I mean really! Am I in the minority of people who hate spinach? I doubt it! today, I had Chicken Florentine for lunch. It wasn't bad, but it was covered with limp, green "things" of spinach pieces. They were EVERYWHERE! Why can't they just put them in a packet on the side. Okay.. charge me another ten cents or whatever. But it would make my day if I didn't have to eat slimy slippery spinach when I didn't want to.. or better yet, leave that stuff out completely. The stuff isn't just gross, it's downright disgusting! And oh yeah, I seem to have a contact allergy to something... my right hand and forearm look like a red roadmap of bumps and it itches like crazy! It's not related to the wood working, this was there before that (although I believe it might have contributed to the itchiness); whatever it is is driving me nuts! It's benadryl cream for me when I get home (hopefully we have some). And with that, it's back to the salt mines.. I've got to get at least another 40 of these suckers pounded out by 5:00. It shouldn't be too difficult, but we'll see. Please don't forget to answer my survey... it's research for a small business idea... all comments appreciated, no reasonable offer refused!!! It won't take five minutes, I PROMISE! |
