Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

I know, I know...
Yesterday was just frustrating. I couldn't type to save my life. I have no idea why other than the fact I didn't get very good sleep the night before. I went to bed early after a rousing time with UO and then slept the sleep of not-quite-dead.
I woke up this morning reasonably refreshed at like 5:30 and just laid there, listening to the day wake up with me. I finally got up at 6:00, let Sphygo out (why does he whine incessantly when he's out there and when he's in he can't wait to be out!?), settled down at my computer and managed to get two resume's and cover letters emailed. I'm going to take care of the rest of them this evening while my love works on his herald stuff.
Yes, I know, I've got the exchequer report to get done, but really, the job hunt is a LOT more important.
Tonight's chore is to get the house ready for Sarna's visit this weekend. Yes, I know.. it's going to rain this weekend.. but we will NOT be deterred! Chairs WILL get made this weekend... How, do you ask, wait for the pictures :) And no, we won't be sawing wood in a rainstorm... we're a bit more ingenious than that.
Add on top of that that my loom is only half warped.. but I figure I can work on that in the evening this weekend or something. All of this stuff I've got to do is getting me stressed... so I have to get it done to get it off of my list.
As per usual, I've bitten off a bit more than I can reasonably chew, but it's what I do best! :)
I may end up sewing my fingers to the bone to get it all ready in time.. but I will get it all done. I may not have new garb for Sapphire, but that's not important.
