Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Not a whine or a rant.
I know what you're thinking... and no you're wrong. This isn't going to be a whine-a-thon.
To put it simply. I hurt.
I'm not sure if it's just from walking around a lot at coronation or if I really did something when I slipped one of half a dozen times at Coronation.
All I know is.. I hurt. I'm choosing to look at it as a "I hurt so I must be alive". My left knee is stiff and VERY sore. I used icy hot just before bedtime last night and it was heaven sent. For the first time since Saturday, I had relief. It was only for about 10 minutes, but it still felt good.
Tonight I start the warping for my next A&S project. I spent most of yesterday exchanging emails with someone who gave me a lot of helpful suggestions with all sorts of aspects on the new project. I can't wait! Now this is something I'm excited about!
I just had a short meeting at work just now, and they've redefined my job responsibilities. Now I'm doing data entry, pretty much all the time. I'm supposed to exclude all of the other small projects that people have been giving me and I'm supposed to just concentrate on entering the forms. I can do it, no problem, but there's more to life than data entry. I haven't worked for the past 18 years to sit and do entry level data entry. This job has SO gone down hill. I've got several things to look into on the new job front. The information I have here at work is our lease is up in August, and they're planning on moving to the far west end. That makes the commute over an hour long and that's just simply too long of a commute. I need to get busy and find something. As it is, if I change now, I'll probably have to take Pennsic off as unpaid. Well, let's cross that bridge when our chickens are hatched.
Well, I'm off to get my work day going!
