Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

No News is good news.
Not much going on, working hard or hardly working, I'm not sure which.
The first draft of my A&S project for coronation is done. It has to be washed and then I'll see if we need to try it again with a closer sett.
I also took some of the cow print flannel I've been hoarding and made myself a nice "pocket" for my loom. That way it can hold my bobbins for weaving and it vaguely says "Rhi". I also took some of the scraps that were left over fom that project and made myself a case for my Gingher scissors. It made my love roll his eyes, but isn't that was loves are for? :-)
Tonight is his Licensure Inquiry meeting (I'll be hiding out at the Main Branch of the Chesterfield County Library working on the documentation end of my project. I've done the research, I need to work on the actual writing of the paper).
Yep, I'm trying to get ahead of the game for once :) I'm looking forward to St. Paddy's Day Bloodbath this weekend, it's always a fun time. I finally heard back from the autocrat and he/she is okay with me doing Chirurgeon duties, so that's the game plan for me (that and picking up things that people have promised to bring for me for Master Finnr).
Anyways... That's all the news I have.
I pray for the people who have left their home and hearth, who have traveled to a foreign land to do what
many do not agree with. They are doing their job and if only for that reason, they should be respected and supported to the best of OUR ability.
I actually plan to make red white and blue ribbons. nope, it's not much, but it's all I have and all I can do at this point.
