Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

What's New to Me
Well, I managed to get a lot done last night... even if i came home to borax in the dishwasher and the laundry soap and fabric softener had been combined in the fabric softener dispenser in our brand new clothes washer to the point that all it did was get foamy frothy but never left the dispenser and I had to scoop it out with a spoon, then a fork.
But I did get the quarterly report done, the website updated, did some cleaning in the bathroom and then something for myself... (I'm working on my own personal webpage on earthlink)... that was fun and I plan to put it FULL of pages.
This weekend is brunch followed by the craft show and then on Sunday, I get to work all day while the Canton gets to have their fun with cloaks.
Overtime this Christmas is already earmarked. It's going to buy the tree, ornaments and other decorations I decide I can't live without (we go to my love's parents house for christmas so we don't really have anything of our own.. so we have to buy and make it all ourselves.. which can be fun :-)...I'm really excited about it! It's basically the last set of "our new home" purchase that needs to be made...
The knitting is going well, and I'm enthused. I figured I might as well hop on the bandwagon while it shambles by and see what all the whoo-ha is about knitting.
