Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Sick Washer
We have a sick child.... well a sick appliance to be more exact. Our agitator doesn't agitate. I think that's bad, but I'm not entirely sure.
I'm wondering how difficult it could be to replace it ourselves... I don't have a clue to go about it... but I'm hopeful we can figure it out :-)
If anyone has any knowledge about washers or know someone who does, don't hesitate to email me ([email protected]) or call me if you have an old Acorn

It's almost midnight, my head is killing me and all the work I did last week has to be redone this week. Yeay... I love my job!
