This doesn't make sense
Does this make sense?
a Catholic Bishop of Boston resigned under allegations of abuse, then he's named by the Pope to head the "largest church in Rome", the Cathedral of St. Mary Major (I believe the news report said)...
Now,, I'm not catholic, and I'm NOT nit-picking.. but if you're hand picked by the Pope, doesn't that mean you just got the equivalent of a promotion????
This just doesn't compute.....but then again, not much does at 11:54 at night, when I should have been in bed about an hour ago.
