Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Post-Christmas Thoughts
The Christmas "break" is over. I for one and sort of glad it's over, but a bit trepidatious (is that a word?) about the upcoming week.
There's nothing "wrong" per se, I'm always a bit nervous after I've been out sick and etc. It's just me being paranoid.
I talked to my sister via AIM this evening and found out that her biopsy she had two weeks ago MIGHT be lymphoma. She has another biopsy on the 7th to confirm the diagnosis. She had a "piece" of skin cancer removed and the surgeon said it looked like lymphoma.
As you may or may not remember, my mom had Non-Hodgkins lymphoma. So.. while she and I have had our problems (they weren't all that long ago), I'm worried for her.
On another note, for someone who doesn't like public speaking, I'm now "on the hook" for teaching two classes in the upcoming months. One is in February at University (String 101), and at Hero's Portion in May I'm teaching a beginning Inkleweaving class.... both are right up my alley.. and should be fun! (But still a little stressful)
That's really all the update I have time for tonight... I'm going to make sure I get to bed in plenty of time to not sleep all night :) Yeah.. I'm weird, so sue me.... on second thought, you won't get much, so don't.
