I'll type more later.. I've got a review meeting to go to in a bit.
I had great fun with my loom last night... nope, I'm not weaving yet... but we bought the yarn, and I've started using the warping board. The yarn I choose is a beige and brown, it should look interesting :) Instead of the shawl, I decided on a smaller project... I'm going to make placemats for the kitchen table. This will be my first "real" project on this loom, so I decided to start small and work on those, then perhaps a runner for the same table... basically, I'm going to work up to the larger projects and go from there. I'm actually hoping to get the warp measured tonight and MAYBE I'll get to warping it tonight. If not tonight, then tomorrow night.
I still need that weaving bench.. but I think the weather's getting too cold and damp to do woodworking.
