Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Heritage

Well, I got things worked out with the two people I mentioned earlier in the week, so that was a plus.

The problem with my eye, turned out to be nothing more than a stye. So that was another plus. Warm soaks and taking my contacts out to sleep will take care of the irritation and make it go away.

I've also sort of ran into a cousin I didn't know I had, and she's been sending me pictures of my father's family. I got to see a picture of my GRANDMOTHER when she was somewhere close to about 2 years old. I've seen pictures of my dad and his brothers and sisters, it's all been kinda neat. This cousin of mine says that our Great great great grandparents are buried in PA. She's going to check out exactly where, if it's close to Pennsic (and I mean VERY close) I might take a trip one day, just to say I went.

I dunno, lately, I've been missing that "connection". I've always missed it, but moreso lately, for some odd reason. I just don't feel like I have a heritage, it's difficult not having that link sometimes.

Please don't forget to answer my survey... it's research for a small business idea... all comments appreciated, no reasonable offer refused!!! It won't take five minutes, I PROMISE!

For Matt, come home safe and sound! We miss you!
