Veteran's Day and an Etiquette Question

Tuesday et. al.
Things are a lot better today. After talking with a few people via email (you know who you are); I have a better perspective on things, and I appreciate that. What happens next, remains to be seen. I also managed to get some sleep (thanks to OTC sleeping potions).
The phones don't seem too busy right now, but california hasn't woken up yet, so the day is still plenty young.
Tonight we take down the rest of the pavilion city we created in our front yard, which is always a sad thing. I hate taking them down.
To add insult to injury, I think I have an eye infection or something going on. My right eye is a bit blurry and warm to the touch, my bottom eyelid is red and irritated looking on the inside, and I have something that resembles a blister on the inside of the eyelid. Whatever is going on, it hurts. I'm going to take a walk to the local optometrist (did you know they now can prescribe stuff for eye infections and the like? I didn't until today).
