Backgrounds, a cool friend and cleaning! :)
Well, isn't this new look for my diary FANTASTIC?
Yep.. I admit it, I've got a cow fetish! I love cow print stuff. And I do tend to go overboard a bit. My friend Beth found this background and it just screamed my name. Isn't the coolest? I told her I wanted a cow background and poof! There it was! When I was all fumble fingered and I couldn't figure out how to make it be my background, Beth to the rescue!
This is just the coolest thing! And she's the coolest person for helping me. That woman is just incredible at finding things online. I get too frustrated when I'm searching, so I don't end up finding much, but she seems to know where to go and how to get results!
I've been home sick from work for the past few days with a stomach bug (ever had stomach cramps so hard you feel like you pulled every muscle in your abdomen? Not fun!). The best part was it was the first day for the cleaning lady to come... and she was a regular whirlwind! The place hasn't ever looked this great! If it hadn't been for the vacuum cleaner having a hairball, more would have gotten done, but I'm definitely satisfied with the overall look of everything.. it was definitely worth it! Now... remind me of this when we're eating macaroni and cheese for a month! It wasn't all that expensive, and I would highly recommend her services.
I'm so excited to go home tonight and know that I don't have to clean anything! I just can't believe it! (Btw, did you know that our house has wall to wall carpeting???? I'd heard it had, but now I have proof!)
